Leading to Accumulation Ācayagāmisutta
“I will teach you the principle that leads to accumulation and that which leads to dispersal. … “Ācayagāmiñca vo, bhikkhave, dhammaṁ desessāmi apacayagāmiñca. Taṁ suṇātha …pe… And what is the principle that leads to accumulation? katamo ca, bhikkhave, ācayagāmī dhammo? Killing living creatures … Pāṇātipāto …pe… wrong view. micchādiṭṭhi—This is called the principle that leads to accumulation. ayaṁ vuccati, bhikkhave, ācayagāmī dhammo.
And what is the principle that leads to dispersal? Katamo ca, bhikkhave, apacayagāmī dhammo? Not killing living creatures … Pāṇātipātā veramaṇī …pe… right view. sammādiṭṭhi—This is called the principle that leads to dispersal.” ayaṁ vuccati, bhikkhave, apacayagāmī dhammo”ti.
