Nymphs Accharāsutta

“It’s resounding with a group of nymphs, “Accharāgaṇasaṅghuṭṭhaṁ, but haunted by a gang of goblins! pisācagaṇasevitaṁ; This grove is called ‘Deluding’. Vanantaṁ mohanaṁ nāma, How will I keep going?” kathaṁ yātrā bhavissatī”ti.

“That path is called ‘the direct way’, “Ujuko nāma so maggo, and it’s headed for the place called ‘fearless’. abhayā nāma sā disā; The chariot is called ‘unswerving’, Ratho akūjano nāma, fitted with wheels of the teaching. dhammacakkehi saṁyuto.

Conscience is its bench-back, Hirī tassa apālambo, mindfulness its upholstery. satyassa parivāraṇaṁ; I say the teaching is the driver, Dhammāhaṁ sārathiṁ brūmi, with right view running out in front. sammādiṭṭhipurejavaṁ.

Any woman or man Yassa etādisaṁ yānaṁ, who has such a vehicle, itthiyā purisassa vā; by means of this vehicle Sa ve etena yānena, has drawn near to extinguishment.” nibbānasseva santike”ti.
