āMendicants, you should meditate with your mind firmly established in the four kinds of mindfulness meditation. āCatÅ«su, bhikkhave, satipaį¹į¹hÄnesu suppatiį¹į¹hitacittÄ viharatha. Donāt let freedom from death escape you. MÄ vo amataį¹ panassa. What four? Katamesu catÅ«su? Itās when a mendicant meditates by observing an aspect of the bodyākeen, aware, and mindful, rid of covetousness and displeasure for the world.
