Just like rivers and roads, “Yathā nadī ca pantho ca, taverns, hotels, and pubs, pānāgāraṁ sabhā papā; are those called women in the world. Evaṁ lokitthiyo nāma, Sages do not get angry with them. nāsaṁ kujjhanti paṇḍitā”ti.
