Tissā, apply yourself to good qualities—“Tisse yuñjassu dhammehi, don’t let the moment pass you by. khaṇo taṁ mā upaccagā; For if you miss your moment, Khaṇātītā hi socanti, you’ll grieve when sent to hell. nirayamhi samappitā”ti.
