Belaṭṭhānika Belaṭṭhānikattheragāthā

He’s given up the household life, <j>but is far from perfect. “Hitvā gihittaṁ anavositatto, Living for his belly, lazy, <j>he uses his snout as a plow, Mukhanaṅgalī odariko kusīto; like a great hog stuffed with grain. Mahāvarāhova nivāpapuṭṭho, That dullard is reborn again and again. Punappunaṁ gabbhamupeti mando”ti.
