One who is eager and determined “Chandajātā avasāyī, would be filled with awareness. Manasā ca phuṭā siyā; Their mind not bound to pleasures of sense, Kāmesu appaṭibaddhacittā, they’re said to be heading upstream. Uddhaṁsotāti vuccatī”ti.
