“Mendicants, these four individuals are found in the world. “Cattārome, bhikkhave, puggalā santo saṁvijjamānā lokasmiṁ. What four? Katame cattāro?

1. One who speaks on topic, but not fluently. Yuttappaṭibhāno, no muttappaṭibhāno;
2. One who speaks fluently, but not on topic. muttappaṭibhāno, no yuttappaṭibhāno;
3. One who speaks on topic and fluently. yuttappaṭibhāno ca muttappaṭibhāno ca;
4. One who speaks neither on topic nor fluently. neva yuttappaṭibhāno na muttappaṭibhāno—

These are the four individuals found in the world.” ime kho, bhikkhave, cattāro puggalā santo saṁvijjamānā lokasmin”ti.
