Puṇṇā, be filled with good qualities, “Puṇṇe pūrassu dhammehi, like the moon on the fifteenth day. Cando pannaraseriva; When your wisdom is full, Paripuṇṇāya paññāya, shatter the mass of darkness. Tamokhandhaṁ padālayā”ti.

That is how this verse was recited by the senior nun Puṇṇā. Itthaṁ sudaṁ puṇṇā therī gāthaṁ abhāsitthāti.
