A mendicant is personally accomplished in ethics, and answers questions that come up when discussing accomplishment in ethics. Idha, bhikkhave, bhikkhu attanÄ ca sÄ«lasampanno hoti, sÄ«lasampadÄya kathÄya ca Ägataį¹ paƱhaį¹ byÄkattÄ hoti;
