Sambulakaccāna Sambulakaccānattheragāthā

The heavens rain, the heavens pour, “Devo ca vassati, devo ca gaḷagaḷāyati, I’m staying alone in a frightful hole. Ekako cāhaṁ bherave bile viharāmi; But while I’m staying alone in that frightful hole, Tassa mayhaṁ ekakassa bherave bile viharato, I’ve no fear, no dread, no goosebumps. Natthi bhayaṁ vā chambhitattaṁ vā lomahaṁso vā.

This is my normal state Dhammatā mamesā yassa me, while staying alone in a frightful hole: Ekakassa bherave bile; I’ve no fear, Viharato natthi bhayaṁ vā, no dread, no goosebumps. Chambhitattaṁ vā lomahaṁso vā”ti.
