Defiled Sāsavasutta
“I will teach you the defiled principle and the undefiled. … “Sāsavañca vo, bhikkhave, dhammaṁ desessāmi anāsavañca. Taṁ suṇātha …pe… And what is the defiled principle? katamo ca, bhikkhave, sāsavo dhammo? Wrong view, wrong thought, wrong speech, wrong action, wrong livelihood, wrong effort, wrong mindfulness, wrong immersion, wrong knowledge, and wrong freedom. Micchādiṭṭhi …pe… micchāvimutti—This is called the defiled principle. ayaṁ vuccati, bhikkhave, sāsavo dhammo. And what is the undefiled principle? Katamo ca, bhikkhave, anāsavo dhammo? Right view, right thought, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, right immersion, right knowledge, and right freedom.
