Sumaṅgala’s Mother Sumaṅgalamātātherīgāthā

Greed and hate sizzle and hiss Rāgañca ahaṁ dosañca, as I squelch them. Cicciṭi cicciṭīti vihanāmi; Having gone to the root of a tree, Sā rukkhamūlamupagamma, I meditate happily, thinking, “Oh, what bliss!” Aho sukhanti sukhato jhāyāmī”ti.
