Whoever wishes to do afterwards “Yo pubbe karaṇīyāni, tasks they should have done before, pacchā so kātumicchati; like the one who broke a branch off the Warding Tree, Varuṇakaṭṭhabhañjova, afterwards is tormented by regrets. sa pacchā manutappatī”ti.
