Questioning Paripucchitasutta

At Sāvatthī. Sāvatthinidānaṁ.

ā€œWhat do you think, mendicants? ā€œTaṁ kiṁ maƱƱatha, bhikkhave, Do you regard form like this: ā€˜This is mine, I am this, this is my self’?ā€ rÅ«paṁ ā€˜etaṁ mama, esohamasmi, eso me attā’ti samanupassathÄā€ti?

ā€œNo, sir.ā€ ā€œNo hetaṁ, bhanteā€.

ā€œGood, mendicants! ā€œSādhu, bhikkhave. Form should be truly seen with right understanding like this: ā€˜This is not mine, I am not this, this is not my self.’ RÅ«paṁ, bhikkhave, ā€˜netaṁ mama, nesohamasmi, na meso attā’ti evametaṁ yathābhÅ«taṁ sammappaƱƱāya daį¹­į¹­habbaṁ. Do you regard feeling … Vedanaṁ … perception … saƱƱaṁ … choices … saį¹…khāre … consciousness like this: ā€˜This is mine, I am this, this is my self’?ā€ viññāṇaṁ ā€˜etaṁ mama, esohamasmi, eso me attā’ti samanupassathÄā€ti?

ā€œNo, sir.ā€ ā€œNo hetaṁ, bhanteā€.

Seeing this … evaṁ passaṁ …pe… They understand: ā€˜ā€¦ there is nothing further for this place.ā€™ā€ nāparaṁ itthattāyāti pajānātÄ«ā€ti.
